¿Cómo puedo saber si mi pedido se ha realizado correctamente?

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, where available. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow some time for the carrier to update tracking details after the package has been dispatched.

Why has my tracking information not updated?

Tracking updates may take time to appear after shipment. Delays may also occur due to carrier processing, customs clearance, public holidays, weather, or local delivery conditions.

Do you ship to remote areas?

Delivery to remote areas may take longer than the standard estimated timeframe. Shipping availability and delivery time may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

What happens if my package cannot be delivered?

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package from the carrier, the package may be returned to us.

If your package is returned as undeliverable, please contact us at support@choskycnea.com. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
