Orders & Payment

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If you do not see it shortly after checkout, please check your spam or junk folder.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Why was my order cancelled?

What happens if my package cannot be delivered?

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package from the carrier, the package may be returned to us.

Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays for return shipping?

Are earrings returnable?

For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and hygiene seals intact, where applicable.

Are sale items returnable?

Sale items are not eligible for our voluntary 30-day return policy unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for return under applicable law.

Only items that meet the return eligibility requirements may be returned for a refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
