Processing Time

After your order is placed, we carefully prepare, inspect, and pack each item before shipment.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, public holidays, or when an item is temporarily experiencing high demand, processing may take up to 4–5 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. If there is any significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Time

We offer standard shipping for all orders. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Eligible members may enjoy free shipping benefits according to the membership policy shown on our website.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, standard delivery usually takes approximately 8–16 business days, depending on your destination, local delivery conditions, customs processing, and carrier availability.

Delivery to remote areas may take longer. Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or public holidays.

Order Confirmation and Shipping Notification

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please make sure your shipping address, email address, and phone number are correct at checkout. Choskycnea is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse processing. In this case, you may receive separate shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply depending on your destination country or region and are subject to local laws and regulations.

Where applicable, taxes and duties may be included in the product price or shipping charges shown at checkout. If additional import fees are charged by local customs authorities, they are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Customs clearance may also affect delivery time. Choskycnea is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or local import requirements.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@choskycnea.com.

We will do our best to help before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the shipping address or cancel the shipment.

If you wish to return an item after receiving it, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package from the carrier, the package may be returned to us.

If your package is returned as undeliverable, please contact us at support@choskycnea.com so we can help arrange the next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

If you are ordering a gift for someone else, we recommend letting the recipient know in advance to avoid missed delivery, refusal, or confusion.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your package or item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@choskycnea.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, so that we can evaluate the situation and help make it right.

This does not affect your rights under our Return and Refund Policy or any applicable consumer protection laws.
