Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, unless a different return or withdrawal right applies under applicable law.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you checked out using a phone number only and did not provide an email address, you may not be able to log in through the customer account link above. In that case, please use the return/request link provided in your SMS order confirmation to start your return request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will help resolve the issue and provide the appropriate return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized items, gift cards, and items that are not in their original condition. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and hygiene seals intact, where applicable.

Sale items are not eligible for our voluntary 30-day return policy unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for return under applicable law. Only items that meet the return eligibility requirements above may be returned for a refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union and United Kingdom 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to notify us within 14 calendar days that you wish to cancel or return your order, for any reason and without a justification, subject to applicable law.

For orders shipped to the European Union, the 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. If multiple goods from the same order are delivered separately, the 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day the last item is delivered.

After notifying us, you must send the item back without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, hygiene seals intact where applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

For eligible statutory withdrawals, we will refund the product price and the original standard outbound shipping cost paid for the order, where required by applicable law. We do not refund any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option, such as express or premium shipping, unless required by applicable law.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain items, including custom-made or personalized jewelry, gift cards, items that are not in their original condition, and earrings or other pierced jewelry that have been worn, used, or returned without original packaging, tags, or hygiene seals intact, where applicable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

For eligible returns under the European Union statutory right of withdrawal, we will process the refund without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier, where permitted by applicable law.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
